1. Acceptance of Terms

The domain tewb.net provides access to private homelab infrastructure, web applications, remote management portals, media streaming frontends, APIs, and associated digital services operated by the site owner.

3. Access & User Accounts

Certain sections of the Services require authenticated credentials or prior authorization by the Operator.

• Authorized Access Only: Access to restricted subdomains, administrative interfaces, and media backends is strictly limited to authorized individuals. Creating unauthorized accounts or bypassing authentication barriers is prohibited.
• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords, API tokens, WireGuard keys, or session tokens assigned to you. You agree to notify the Operator immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• No Transferability: Account credentials and personal access rights are non-transferable and may not be shared, assigned, or sold to third parties without prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

1. Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair server hardware, network connections, or hypervisor hosts.
2. Engage in automated vulnerability scanning, port scanning, brute-force password guessing, fuzzing, or penetration testing without explicit prior written authorization from the Operator.
3. Deploy spiders, scrapers, crawlers, or extraction bots that cause undue network load or circumvent technical access controls.
4. Transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, spam, chain letters, or commercial solicitations through our endpoints.
5. Upload or transmit materials containing malicious software, viruses, trojan horses, worms, backdoors, or other harmful code.
6. Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Operator, another user, or any other person or entity.

5. System Integrity & Security

We take the security of our infrastructure seriously. All connections to tewb.net are protected using Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL). Network traffic is filtered and monitored via dedicated firewall gateways and intrusion detection systems.

Any deliberate attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities, disrupt services via Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or inject unauthorized payloads will result in immediate IP blacklisting, revocation of all credentials, and reporting to relevant internet service providers and law enforcement authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, custom stylesheets, server configurations, branding, and text content hosted directly on tewb.net are the property of the Operator or licensed under relevant open-source frameworks. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the intellectual property of the Operator or any third party.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UPTIME, FREEDOM FROM INTERRUPTIONS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Operator does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected immediately, or that servers are free of downtime during maintenance, power failures, or ISP disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR, HOST, OR AFFILIATED ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, HARDWARE FAILURE, OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

9. Termination of Access

The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to all or any part of the Services for any reason, including without limitation violation of these Terms or suspected malicious activity.

The Operator reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any revisions will be published directly on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
